Success in running Estate Sales requires experience. We have been buying and selling estates for over 40 years and can assure the client of a successful sale with a top dollar outcome.

We will buy your estate outright or give you a percentage of the sale. However, on estates of under $25,000 we would prefer to buy your estate outright. We will do the rest - advertising, pricing, and running the estate sale. When the sale is over, we will leave the location in a neat and orderly condition. Any inventory left after the sale is removed and/or donated to a charitable organization.

Estate Sales are often a great way to sell the house. We invite the Realtor to place informational flyers around the house during the sale. Many houses have been sold by this approach.
