(Exchange Policy)

Charlott's Bahrain commits to a customer-first policy, offering an exchange on products within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Customers must present the original purchase receipt to be eligible for an exchange.

 > The item for exchange must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.

> Charlott's Bahrain reserves the right to refuse to exchange products that do not meet these conditions.

> Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of the request. If the original is unavailable, customers may be offered an alternative product.

> Any discrepancy or damage to the product at the time of purchase should be reported to our staff immediately.
